Storebæltsbroen (The name of the bridge between Funen & Zealand) The largest project in the infra structure of Denmark and the longest suspension bridge in Europe. Fantastic views from the property, weather permitting. |

Nyborg slot Nyborg Castle is where the influential counsel "Danehof" meet and where the kings reigning from 1282 until 1648 signed their coronation charters. The castle was built around 1200 but today, only the Royal Wing from 1549 remains. Nyborg Castle is now a museum. |

Holckenhavn "Holckenhavn" was built from 1579-85 by Jacob Ulfeldt. The impressive Renaissance estate was extended around 1630 by Ellen Marsvin. In 1662 Corfitz Ulfeldt and Leonora Christine, the grandchild of Ellen Marsvin were placed under house arrest on Holckenhavn. |

Nyborg Museum The museum is located in "Mads Lerches Gård" which is a beautiful, renovated grocer's shop in a 2 level half-timbered building. The local history collections focus mainly on handy crafts, toys and maritime history. |

Hesselagerstenen Denmark's largest migrating rock, "Damestenen" / "Hesselagerstenen" testifies to the forces found in the glaciers of the Ice Age. The rock, which consists of red-grey gneiss, is 12 metres high, has a circumference of 46 metres and weighs about 1000 ton. |
